Three Generations, One Name

"JZ" isn't a marketing invention. Take the middle name and surname of three straight generations of the Zemianek family, and you land on the same two letters — that's where it comes from. Alex named his first company after his father, Kevin Joseph Zemianek: KJZ Investments. Alex was 20 when his dad passed away suddenly, right in the middle of planning the retirement — and the lake house — he'd spent a career working toward. Not long after, Alex picked up Rich Dad Poor Dad and put together his first deal with no real estate background, building from there. The company became JZ Properties as the portfolio grew — same three initials, one name that's carried through every hotel, every rental, and every renovation since.
