About JZ Vacation Rentals

JZ Vacation Rentals is the St. Louis and Denver management company that runs the properties listed on this site. Each property is sold by its own ownership entity, not by JZ. JZ manages them today and can stay on as manager after closing.

Who is selling, and who keeps running the property

The seller of record for every listing is that property's ownership entity. The McPherson property's owner also owns JZ Vacation Rentals, and that is stated on its listing. JZ's role is management: the team that handles guests, pricing, cleaning and maintenance day to day.

JZ Vacation Rentals manages the property today and can continue as manager after the sale at a discounted fee for an initial one- to two-year term, under a property-specific management agreement. The homes are sold furnished. Operating records and model assumptions are available during diligence.

About Alex

Alex founded JZ Vacation Rentals and leads its St. Louis and Denver operations, which cover 70+ vacation-rental properties and commercial spaces under JZ management. He spent 12 years at AT&T, finishing as a regional manager over a four-state region, and has invested in real estate for 20 years.
