This policy explains what information this site collects, why it is used, and the service providers involved.

Information you provide

When you submit an inquiry or calculator report request, we collect the information you enter. Depending on the form, that may include your name, email address, phone number, message, property address, listing identifier, financing assumptions, or calculator results.

Information collected automatically

Our inquiry service may record technical details such as your IP address, browser user agent, referring page, and submission source for security, rate limiting, and request context. When site analytics are enabled, Google Analytics may collect standard usage information under Google's own terms and controls.

How we use and share information

We use submitted information to respond to your request, provide the result or report you requested, protect the forms from abuse, and understand site performance. Inquiry records are stored in Supabase. Resend is used to deliver internal inquiry notifications. We do not sell personal information.

Rent Check forms and reports

The Rent Check form is provided by Rentometer. Rentometer processes the contact and property information you submit to provide rent estimates and reports, and sends JZ lead notifications for follow-up. These submissions are handled by Rentometer, separately from this site's inquiry service.

Retention and choices

We retain inquiry information only as long as reasonably needed for follow-up, recordkeeping, security, and legal obligations. To request access, correction, or deletion, email alex@jzvacationrentals.com. We may need to retain limited records when required by law or for legitimate security and transaction records.

We may update this policy as the site or its service providers change. The version published here is the current policy.
